New Construction Homes – Rosewood Subdivision – Foley, AL

Welcome to the Rosewood Subdivision built by Truland Homes.

Located off CR 65 in Foley, Alabama, the Rosewood neighborhood allows you to enjoy a peaceful community setting, with a location that is just minutes away from shopping, dining, and entertainment. It looks like they are almost complete with the neighborhood pool! However, if you want more water our beautiful white sandy beaches are about 20 minutes away in beautiful Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

This community will consist of 161 lots on 64 acres once fully built. Phase 1 will consist of 55 homes being built. Truland broke ground in January 2021 and expects phase 1 to be completed in February 2022.

Truland has released information on the first 23 homes that they will break ground on this month, May 2021. These first homes will consist of 5 different floor plans.

The Denali Plan is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage, 1,645 square feet home.

The Blue Ridge Plan is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 car garage, 1,921 square feet home.

The McKinley Plan is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage, 1,573 square feet home.

The Rushmore Plan is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 car garage, 1,833 square feet home.

The Sierra Plan is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage, 1,987 square feet home.

At the time of making this video, Truland has not yet released any prices for these homes. The sign says low $200s but, that is our only estimate currently. Like most builders right now, I expect they are waiting till they order the lumber package for each home before they release the price of the home. However, you can get on a waiting list to be notified as soon as they do release the price.

To be completely transparent, I am NOT the listing agent for these homes. I always like to inform clients that the listing agent in new construction neighborhoods represents the builder, not the buyer.
