Blackstone Lakes Subdivision Community Tour

Hi everyone! Check out this video to see a community tour of the Blackstone Lakes subdivision located in Daphne, Alabama. In this video, I show you a short drive-through of the neighborhood, the community swimming pool, and the Truland Homes model home.

Blackstone Lakes is located behind the Bellaton neighborhood off of Highway 181. You can also go to their main entrance off of Corte Road in Daphne, Alabama.

This subdivision has 174 homes. Home sales started in 2019. The builders in this neighborhood are D. R. Horton and Truland Homes so there is a mixture of those two builders with their different floor plans in the neighborhood.

In this video, I also show you the Truland Homes model home, The Brookfield Plan. It features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with 2778 sq ft.

Blackstone Lakes subdivision does have a Home Owners Association. The annual HOA fee at the time of making this video is $750 a year, which includes your common area maintenance and the neighborhood does have a community pool.
